Charles W Howard Santa Sculpture

The Albion Betterment Committee of Albion, New York commissioned a large bronze sculpture representing Charles W Howard as Santa Claus. Charles W. Howard (1896-1966) American actor, teacher and founder of the first Santa Claus School, Albion, NY 1937. He was the Macy’s parade Santa Claus for 18 years, from 1948-1965. Brian Porter was the sculptor selected for this honor.
